Who We Are?
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is a gathering of believers in the one true God, the Triune God -- the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit -- who cares for and loves all people. We hold firmly to the unbreakable truth of God's forgiveness and direction for our lives as revealed in the Bible, His Holy Word.
The Bible tells us an uncomfortable truth you may already know about yourself, too: none of us is perfect. Not even close. Yet the Bible also tells us the comforting truth of how much God loves imperfect people like us. He loves us so much that He gave His one and only Son, Jesus, to be perfect in our place. He suffered and died on a cross to pay for our complete forgiveness. This is God's gift to all who believe. We meet each week to strengthen our faith through God's Word and sacraments, so we can share God's love with others. We'd love to share that gift with you, too!
